To support our expansion in Asia, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive - Asian Market who thrives in an international environment and knows how to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
Your Role
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships in the Asian market, with a strong focus on China and Southeast Asia. You will act as the commercial link between customers, agents, and internal operations in Europe.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities within the Asian market
- Managing and expanding existing key accounts and agent networks
- Identifying customer needs and translating them into tailored logistics solutions
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
- Coordinating closely with operations, warehousing, and intermodal teams in Europe
- Monitoring market developments, competitors, and trade flows between Asia and Europe
- Representing Cabooter at international meetings, customer visits, and industry events
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business, International Trade, or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
- Proven commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of Asian-European trade lanes (China is a strong plus)
- Experience working with agents, partners, or joint ventures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing organization
