Sie übernehmen Aufgaben der Arbeitsvorbereitung und des Datenmanagements im Manufacturing Engineering für Flugzeugtüren. Dabei unterstützen Sie die Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und Prozesse sowie die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Abläufe.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination des Datenmanagements von Design-Daten innerhalb des Manufacturing Engineerings Airplane Doors, einschließlich Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Konfigurationen
- Kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit Airbus Commercial und weiteren beteiligten Fachbereichen
- Recherche nach Zeichnungen, Referenzen, Teilen, Werkzeugen, Dokumentationen und bestehenden Auftragsvorlagen
- Unterstützung beim Roll-out von IT-Tools zur Anwendung künstlicher Intelligenz innerhalb Airplane Doors, z. B. Google Gemini
- Unterstützung bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und Prozesse, beispielsweise der Single-Aisle-Passagiertür, sowie bei der Automatisierung und Vereinfachung bestehender Prozesse durch Erstellung und Anwendung von Skripten und Makros
- Analyse technischer Probleme und zugehöriger Dokumentation, beispielsweise Quality Notes, Non Conformities, Bauteil- und Montagezeichnungen, Fertigungsaufträge und Prozessvorschriften
- Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten gemäß konstruktiven Vorgaben in SAP
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung mit dem Ziel der Effizienzsteigerung
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in, KFZ-Mechaniker/in, KFZ-Mechatroniker/in oder eine gewerbliche Ausbildung mit Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirtniveau
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Techniker/in beziehungsweise Techniker oder Meister
- Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung/Produktion, Flugzeugbau sowie IT/Informationssystemen
- Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Office und SAP
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
- Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sorgfältiger und präziser Umgang mit Daten und Informationen unter Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Standards
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Umgang mit IT-Tools und Prozessen
- Solides Grundverständnis für die Struktur von Informationen beziehungsweise das Datenmanagement
- Begeisterung und Motivation, sich schnell in neue Software, Tools und IT-Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Fähigkeit, Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen, anzusprechen und Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten, sowie Streben nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You will handle work preparation and data management tasks within Manufacturing Engineering for airplane doors. You will support the industrialisation of new products and processes, as well as the digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement of existing workflows.
Your tasks
- Coordinate the management of design data within Manufacturing Engineering Airplane Doors, including drawings, bills of materials and configurations
- Maintain ongoing communication with Airbus Commercial and other departments involved
- Research drawings, references, parts, tools, documentation and existing order templates
- Support the roll-out of IT tools for the application of artificial intelligence within Airplane Doors, e.g. Google Gemini
- Support the industrialisation of new products and processes, such as the Single Aisle passenger door, and the automation and simplification of existing processes by creating and applying scripts and macros
- Analyse technical problems and associated documentation, such as quality notes, non-conformities, component and assembly drawings, manufacturing orders and process specifications
- Create work plans and bills of materials in SAP in accordance with design specifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician, or completed industrial vocational training, with a qualification at least at technician/Fachwirt level
- Completed qualification as a technician or as a technician or master craftsperson
- More than three years of professional experience in each of the following areas: work preparation, manufacturing/production, aircraft manufacturing and IT/information systems
- Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and SAP
- Business-fluent German and proficient English
- Quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility, with careful and precise handling of data and information in compliance with guidelines and standards
- Independent, careful, structured and goal-oriented working style, commitment and assertiveness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, empathy and enjoyment of working with people, IT tools and processes
- Solid basic understanding of information structures or data management
- Enthusiasm and motivation to quickly become familiar with new software, tools and IT systems
