As Area Manager for CIS countries, you plan, develop and implement the sales and business strategy for your area.

  • You define a strategy within your region, in line with the Delta Light strategy and guidelines in order to achieve the budget and goals.
  • You permanently align team members and streamline processes, procedures and working methods with the corporate strategy and with HQ.
  • You manage the sales in your area by: taking action to further grow within a market, to increase our brand awareness and to build a team of brand ambassadors;
  • achieving the budgeted margins;
  • installing clear structures regarding discount policy, price policy;
  • achieving the SGA (Sales, General & Administrative costs) budget within your region, and P&L when appropriate, and take all necessary actions to improve the bottom line;
  • maximizing the customer satisfaction in all contacts existing between your department and the market, being direct or indirect customers;
  • further increasing and follow-up of our network of designers and professionalize our distribution network;
  • knowing our network and installing selective distribution.
  • together with our partners you define a strategy to achieve the budget and goals.
  • you create a dynamic team collaboration with the teams of our partners and use our CRM system.
  • You manage the team in your area by: creating a dynamic collaboration between sales support - PMD - sales team;
  • installing the necessary reporting dashboards and meeting structures, as well as clockwork communication and structured follow up of targets;
  • maximizing the integration of the teams with the Delta Light HQ and corporate strategy;
  • continuously taking initiatives to further optimize processes and procedures;
  • creating a respectful team spirit and a team full of dynamic and entrepreneurial team members.
  • translating strategic and distribution planning into personal objectives for the whole team;
  • implementing CRM and relevant KPI’s.

Profil

  • You have a University degree with at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • You are familiar with solid people management in a larger company.
  • You have thorough technical and commercial insight and an architectural feeling.
  • You are fluent in Russian and English.
  • You are a result oriented people manager, with a drive for success, strong planning and organization skills and able to refine structures.
  • You have a competitive nature, with a structured, strategic as well as to-the-point approach. You are inventive and consistently strive for customer satisfaction.
  • You are willing to travel frequently, national as well as abroad.
