• Creation and simulation of NC programmes for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centres with a CAM system
• Adaptation of CNC programmes on the machine and in the CAM system (Hexagon)
• Definition and optimisation of manufacturing processes in coordination with the design and production departments
• Management of work plans and preparation of calculations
• Selection and procurement of suitable tools and clamping devices
• Collaboration in the preparation of quotations
• Outgoing goods inspection of manufactured components
• 1-shift operation

Your profile

• Completed training in a cutting machine operator necessary
• Experience in single part production with 5-axis milling necessary
• Work experience necessary
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Knowledge of control: Heidenhain iTNC 530
