You are the responsible contact person from the area of control technology for all questions regarding the planning and commissioning of body-in-white plants for the automotive industry. In your function, you will be responsible for a project volume of between € 5 million and € 20 million and will form the interface between our customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments and the overall project management. You contribute significantly to the technically and economically successful implementation of our customer projects.
Tasks
- Responsibility for overall project management in the field of control technology - from planning to commissioning of body-in-white plants
- Planning of automation concepts taking into account schedule, quality and cost aspects
- Further development of the technologies used
- Preparation of supplier inquiries with subsequent evaluation of the offers and selection of possible suppliers
- Coordination of the installation and commissioning phase on the part of the control technology (at times on site at our customers' plants)
Applicant’s profile
- University degree in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics / automation technology or further training as a technician (m/f/d) or vocational training corresponding to the function.
- Knowledge in programming of PLC controls e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal
- Willingness to travel and very good knowledge of German or English
