For the Marketing Department of our location in Tübingen, Germany, we are looking for a

Global Erbe Academy Trainer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver international classroom trainings and webinars for employees and distribution partners on Erbe technologies, products, and their clinical applications
• Convey complex technical and medical content in a clear, precise, and practice-oriented manner
• Independently research and prepare medical and technical information
• Develop high-quality, didactically sound training presentations and videos in collaboration with the respective departments
• Contribute to the continuous development of the global training concept of the Erbe Academy

Your Skills

• University degree in natural sciences or medicine, or completed medical training with relevant professional experience
• Strong interest in medicine, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Enthusiasm for understanding complex interrelations, explaining them clearly, and inspiring others with medical and technical topics
• Excellent rhetorical and didactic skills
• Experience in conducting trainings, presentations, or lectures
• High level of self-motivation as well as a structured and quality-conscious working style
• Willingness to travel internationally (several days)
• Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
