Tasks
- You coordinate global requests and drive continuous improvements for lead management processes and tools to ensure global harmonization
- You write and test user stories and analyze process and tool issues to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- You monitor KPIs, data quality, and end-user adoption to identify and implement process, tool, and data quality improvements
- You act as a key point of contact for the business, answering “how-to” questions related to sales processes and tools
- You support the sales process product owner in prioritizing and managing incoming requests
- You collaborate closely with and support other sales process and tool team members, especially in account and contact management
- You prepare presentations and business analyses to support data-driven project and prioritization decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or comparable
- Experience in process modelling (preferable using BPMN)
- Process-oriented and analytical mind, willingness to learn and flexibility to support other processes in the Sales environment depending on business needs and changing priorities
- 2-3 years' experience in sales and/or sales processes (Lead to Order) and Master Data topics and tools, e.g. Salesforce is an advantage
- Knowledge of supporting tools like JIRA, Confluence is an advantage
- Experience in Agile /Scrum working methods preferable
- Very good (business) English skills, further languages (German and/or French) are an advantage
- Team player and interested in working in an international / remote environment
