The Luxoft team is responsible for the integration of system function modules / system functions into the family of autonomous driving ECUs.
We have been supporting the client since 2018 in ensuring that the Software Components, System Functions, adaptive AUTOSAR and other components work together smoothly.
Existing Software Components that are essential to enable the future of autonomous driving are to be adapted and enhanced according to updated requirements.
Challenges include debugging on the Hardware-in-the-Loop, bug fixing of integrated code, enabling of core functionalities as flashing, diagnostics and cryptography.
Internship description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our one of the fastest growing accounts with a top tier German OEM. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing advanced autonomous driving algorithms using C++ 17 and QNX. You will work closely with experienced engineers , contributing to real-world projects that have the potential to shape the future of autonomous vehicles.
This internship is fully paid and there will be a chance for full time employment after successfully passing the internship duration.

Responsibilities
Develop and Test software application: Assist in the development, implementation, and testing of autonomous driving algorithms in C++.
Software Development: Write, optimize, and debug high-performance code for autonomous driving applications.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of developed software components and testing procedures.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with international teams, including engineers, experts and managers from all around the world.
Skills
Must have
Education: Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Military exemption is a must for males.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in C++ 17 is required. Experience with Python is a plus.
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
Familiarity with embedded Linux, Ubuntu and adaptive Autosaur
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C++ 17
Knowledge of G-test, Ubuntu and POSIX
Familiarity with Bazel
Experience with real-time systems and multi-threaded programming.
Nice to have
