For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You manage the Learning Management System and distance-learning environment and develop training materials for civil and military applications. Your role combines technical administration and support with the creation of courseware for technician and pilot training.

Your tasks

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), create and manage LMS user accounts, and prepare reports
• Implement and maintain online certificates, create and maintain learning objects, and administer email templates
• Create learning paths in the LMS, upload and integrate online content, and provide support for technical questions
• Support and further develop the distance-learning environment, including Webex support and administration and the creation of instructor and customer accounts
• Create training materials and documentation, prepare test sessions with participants before official training with distance-learning instructors, and provide technical support to hosts and customers
• Develop training manuals, instructor-led presentations and web-based training modules for technician and pilot training, including hands-on authoring and preparation of course and training materials
• Contribute to project management, including resource and budget planning and the preparation of statements of work and specifications
• Analyse customer, programme and instructor requirements and develop and revise training materials in line with customer expectations
• Perform product revision and configuration management

Your profile

• Completed technical degree at Bachelor’s level or higher, or a comparable qualification at the same level
• More than one year of professional experience in each of the following areas: IT / information systems, project management, technical documentation and technical administration
• No previous professional experience in aerospace is required
• Previous experience in helicopter production, maintenance or repair is desirable
• Knowledge of XML technology or single-source publishing
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as 3D visualisation software
• Good knowledge of Cornerstone LMS
• Advanced practical knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Google Suite
• Negotiation-level English and basic German; French language skills are advantageous
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, customer orientation and willingness to pursue continuous improvement
• Motivation to work in a multinational environment
