Retail Area Manager (m/f/d) - Germany Wanted!
Are you ready to shape the successful market entry of a leading French company in Germany? We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Retail Area Manager (m/f/d) to drive the establishment and expansion of the first stores in Germany!

Your Responsibilities:

Build the market presence in Germany
Select and optimize store locations
Lead and motivate the local team
Manage the economic performance of the stores
Assess and purchase precious metals
Contribute to brand building and customer retention
Actively support the expansion of the German organization

Your Profile

✅ Fluent in German and French (minimum C1)
✅ Experience in retail or store management
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and high initiative
✅ Strong communicator with a service-oriented approach
✅ Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
✅ Driving license (Class B)
