Your Profile

• A degree in business administration or a technical field (printing technology is not required, but a strong technical understanding is) or comparable training
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar position in the manufacturing of print or comparable products
• Several years of experience in sales / key account management and leading a sales team, as well as in sales controlling
• Experience in implementing measures to improve efficiency
• A dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills, a strong affinity for sales, and technical understanding combined with pragmatism

Your Responsibilities

• Achieving company goals and managing all operational aspects along the value chain
• Strong focus on sales activities, developing innovative solutions for customers, and acquiring new customers
• Management and optimization of the sales, production, logistics, finance, and-in particular-controlling departments, as well as day-to-day operations
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market to ensure timely adjustments and steady growth
• Strategic planning in close collaboration with the shareholders
