Deine Aufgaben
- Du leitest mind. 2 Baustellenteams aus geschulten Quereinsteigern (m/w/d) für den Einbau von Wärmepumpen
- Du kümmerst dich vorausschauend und zuverlässig um Materialbestellungen
- Du löst technische Probleme im SHK-Bereich, in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Betriebsleiter (m/w/d)
- Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Baustellen gut vorbereitet sind für den Einbau der Wärmepumpen
- Du entwickelst deine Baustellenteams fachlich weiter
Dein Profil
- Du hast mehrere Jahre SHK Erfahrung (nach der Lehre) und arbeitest zuverlässig
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen im SHK-Bereich und beim Einbau von Wärmepumpen
- Du hast einen Führerschein
- Hersteller Knowhow bei Buderus/Bosch, Viessmann, Vaillant, Daikin, Stiebel Eltron ist ein Plus
- Auf der Baustelle bist du ein Problemlöser
- Du hast schon Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams

Your profile
- Completed journeyman's examination
- Experience in installing heat pumps with various manufacturers is helpful but not necessary
- Class B Driver’s License
- Basic knowledge of the English and German language
- Willingness to rethink traditional craftsmanship
- Enthusiasm for building a company
