Stellenbeschreibung

• Manage global customer inquiries, quotations, and orders for parts and services throughout the entire order lifecycle
• Monitor delivery schedules and order status, proactively keeping customers informed
• Process invoices, credit notes, and commercial documentation accurately
• Handle customer claims professionally and coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Shipping, Export, and Finance
• Prepare and manage shipping documents and transport records to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

or

• Completed vocational training in the field of Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Work experience in the field of Customer Service, Order Management, Incoterms, International Delivery Processes
• Good knowledge in using SAP and MS Office
• Fluent in German and English
