Project Manager

Job Overview SolidCAM is looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-company initiatives, improve projects execution, and create clarity through strong processes and visibility. This role works closely with senior leadership and interfaces with multiple departments globally.
What you’ll do Manage Project Life Cycle from initiation to delivery, including follow-through and closure
Build and maintain project structure: timelines, owners, milestones, dependencies, and remove blockers and keep momentum
Create clear reporting and weekly operating routines (status, risks, decisions, action items)
Drive adoption of new processes across teams and ensure consistent execution
Assist stakeholders across SolidCAM global departments
Maintain documentation and project workspaces in Microsoft 365 tools

Requirements 3+ Years of proven project management experience
Strong hands-on experience with project management platforms (Monday, Microsoft Planner, Jira, etc)
Experience implementing OKR frameworks (Engagedly preferred, not required)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Proven experience managing complex, multi-department initiatives
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and driving company-wide alignment
Fluent English (written and spoken)
