Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von logistischen Prozessen
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessstandards und -richtlinien
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität) zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialflusses
- Mitwirkung bei der Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Prozessoptimierung
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten über Prozesskennzahlen und -ergebnisse
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme zur Prozessautomatisierung
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Prozessmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessoptimierung und -analyse (z.B. Lean Management, Six Sigma)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Logistiksystemen und -software von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
