R&D Engineer for Heat Pump

Deine Aufgaben

• Conduct competitor product analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and inform product development strategies.
• Operate heat pump performance testing laboratory to ensure that it meets safety and performance requirements
• Participate in Head Bump Develop Project for the entire product lifecycle management, and ensure a successful launch of products
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the Head Pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Document all work and findings in a clear and concise manner
• Communicate your findings and recommendations to other team members
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement

Dein Profil

• Master's degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC work
• Fundamental knowledge of heating and hydraulics
• Experience working in a laboratory setting
