• Preparation of customer quotations, follow-up of open quotations, as well as order processing and disposition of spare parts and material for orders of all kinds
• Order processing in the area of machines, accessories
• Dealing with correspondence in German and English
• Dispatch processing, incl. forwarding issues, freight and delivery documents
• Telephone switchboard
• Analysing and continuously improving operational processes
• Scheduling of service technicians
• Internal and external coordination of service orders and appointments (partners, customers, technicians, in-house departments, etc.).
• Invoicing and clarification (type of invoicing, warranty, etc.) of the technician assignments carried out
• Conclusion of maintenance contracts

Targets and target agreement:

• Tidiness/cleanliness of kitchen/meeting room 1st floor
• Independent handling of day-to-day business

Competences:

• Coordination of cleaning staff
• Vehicle fleet

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualification or business studies
• Professional experience as an assistant to the management/sales management or comparable position
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• You are characterised by a very good command of written and spoken English; other foreign languages are desirable
• An independent, structured, supportive and team-orientated way of working in an international environment rounds off your profile
