  • Manage multi-partner projects and consortiums, including milestones, deliverables, agreements, and stakeholder communication
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Jira), focusing on high-impact scientific outcomes
  • Translate complex imaging science into clear materials for scientific, clinical, commercial, and funding audiences, including publications, abstracts, conference materials, and external communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from FAS, Product, Marketing, and external partners
  • Drive scientific programs and community initiatives (e.g., workshops, committees, collaborative networks)

Your profile

  • PhD in Medical Physics, or a related field
  • Experience in hyperpolarized 13C MR imaging is an advantage
  • Strong experience managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder collaborations
  • Ability to lead initiatives independently and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Experience working in cross-functional or Agile environments
  • Proactive, organized, and confident communicator with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong track record in scientific writing.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with grant funding landscapes (e.g., NIH, EU funding programs) is considered an advantage

  • Remote or Hybrid working model possible
  • Indefinite employment contract
  • 30 vacation days
  • Flexible working hours
  • Annual health budget (Allianz bKV)
