> Project - IT Solutions .
> Full technology stack on the project - Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Explainable AI (XAI) .
>
> Requirements:
>
> * 5+ years of experience in ML model development and production deployment.
> * Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
> * Strong background in applied statistics, model validation, and optimization.
> * Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
> * Experience designing structured pipelines for data ingestion, validation, and transformation.
> * Familiarity with compliance or regulated environments (e.g., finance, health, engineering).
> * Experience working with rule-based systems or constraint-based learning is a plus.
> * Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) practices and auditability tools is a plus.
> * Exposure to formal logic or decision engine systems (e.g., Drools, Prolog) is a plus.

> Responsibilities:
>
> * Design ML models to support compliance workflows, flag violations, and guide business logic.
> * Define acceptability criteria from business/compliance requirements and encode them into data pipelines.
> * Develop robust feature engineering and preprocessing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
> * Optimize models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and explainability.
> * Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to maintain high data quality and pipeline reliability.
> * Develop monitoring systems for data drift, model degradation, and performance benchmarks.
> * Drive improvements in model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
