Wendler Interlining Bangladesh Limited is looking for a customer-focused and organized Senior Officer, Sales Operations to support customer service, order processing, and sales operations. The successful candidate will coordinate with relevant internal teams to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure timely and effective service.

YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Handle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, or in person professionally and efficiently
- Manage and update the AP+ ERP system
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues, complaints, escalations, shipment delays, out-of-stock situations, and quality issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Process orders, returns, and service requests as required
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner and communicate effectively to support customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service quality improvements
- Work toward daily and weekly service targets, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of customer service processes, FAQs, and service improvement initiatives
- All tasks must be reported to the Head of Sales
YOUR PROFILE
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Experience in the textile or apparel industry
- Sales and business development experience
Skills
- Knowledge of shipping matters, including Incoterms and Form E/D
- Computer literacy, including competence in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
- Typing skills
- Problem-solving ability, including handling shipment delays, out-of-stock items, and quality issues
- Ability to set priorities and make decisions when dealing with operational problems
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Languages
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bangla
