Your responsibilities

• independently performing fault analyses and troubleshooting issues with our moldlife® sense systems, both at the customer's site and at our location in Kirchheim unter Teck
• performing maintenance, service, and repair work on hardware and software systems
• implementation of our digital systems for national and international clients
• conducting user training and technical briefings at the customer's site
• technical support and assistance for our customers during ongoing operations
• support with the planning, installation, and further development of our moldlife® sense systems
• documentation of service calls and close collaboration with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing

Your profile

• a successfully completed technical degree, ideally in electronics, mechatronics, IT systems engineering, or a comparable field
• proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• technical aptitude and an interest in digital and networked systems
• ability to work in a team, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
• proficiency in German, as well as strong written and spoken English skills
• class B driver's license
