Technical Supervisor (Electrical)

Are you a technically minded leader who goes beyond day-to-day operational coordination? We are now looking for a hands-on Technical Supervisor to lead and support our team of technicians, while also staying actively involved in machine repairs-especially tackling the more complex problems. This position is ideal for proactive candidates with common sense and a drive to improve current operations, even when sometimes facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and motivate a team of technicians (5-7 members) to ensure smooth operations
• Act as the main contact person for complex technical issues
• Organize and supervise machine shutdowns (diagnostics, inspections, planned upgrades)
• Cooperate closely with the depot manager and lead technicians from other countries
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and maintenance schedules
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, machine performance, and team efficiency

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead or coordinate a technical team
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical field
• Qualification as a master craftsman or state-certified technician is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Strong technical and mechanical skills; certified electrical qualification required
• Hands-on and proactive problem-solving approach
• Advanced knowledge of both German and English
