Das ist Dein Aufgabengebiet
Wir suchen eine engagierte und flexible Persönlichkeit, die den Servicegedanken lebt. Du packst mit an, sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - von der Oganisation, über den Support bis zum Aufbau. Dabei behältst du den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass unser Team und unsere Kunden bestens versorgt sind.
Das gehört zu deinen Aufgaben:
- Aufbau von Prototypen zusammen mit unserer Entwicklung
- Integration und interne Abnahme
- Vorbereitung von Abnahmen und Auslieferungen
- Servicedienstleistungen für alle Tester der Spherea (Installation, Reparatur, Kalibrierung, Wartung, Betreuung Helpdesk) am Standort Ulm als auch beim Kunden
- Installation von Software
- Einweisung der Nutzer
- Beachtung und Pflege von technischen Anleitungen und Qualitätssicherungsvorschriften
- Schnittstelle zu den Projekten und Organisation der Einsätze
- Koordination Wareneingang / Warenausgang
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Arbeitsumgebung inklusive unserer Labore und Integrationsbereiche
- Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz

Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Nachrichtentechnik bzw. entsprechende Erfahrung
- Hintergrund Mechatronik
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Service-Außendienst und Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Grundlagen in der Software-Entwicklung und Software-Installation
- Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Messtechnik (Analog, Digital, Hochfrequenz)
- Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Fehlersuche in komplexen, elektronischen Systemen
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft mit guter Selbstorganisation
- Führerschein Klasse B

These are your main tasks
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible personality who truly lives the service mindset.
You’re hands-on and make sure everything runs smoothly - from organization and support to setup. You keep an overview and ensure our team and customers are well taken care of.
Your tasks include:
- Building prototypes together with our development team
- Integration and internal acceptance testing
- Preparing for approvals and deliveries
- Providing service for all Spherea testers - installation, repair, calibration, maintenance, and helpdesk support - both at our Ulm site and at customer locations
- Installing software and training users
- Maintaining technical manuals and ensuring compliance with quality assurance regulations
- Acting as a liaison with projects and organizing assignments
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensuring a professional working environment, including labs and integration areas
- Supporting occupational health and safety

These skills are needed
- Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering/communications technology or equivalent experience
- Background in mechatronics
- Practical experience in field service and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of software development and software installation
- Extensive experience in measurement technology (analog, digital, high frequency)
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting complex electronic systems
- Manual dexterity and craftsmanship
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel with good self-organization
- Driving license class B
