Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Logistik (Materialverteilung, Auspacken, Erfassen und Versand)
- Fehlersuche bei defekten Geräten
- Auftrag auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit prüfen, ggf. abklären (Bsp. Garantie - Kulanz - Kostenvoranschlag)
- Definition erforderlicher Ersatzteile
- Bearbeiten der Reparaturaufträge nach Freigabe durch Administratoren Team
- anschließend Funktionsprüfung mit Sichtkontrolle und ggf. Hochspannungsprüfung mit Dokumentation
- Weitergabe reparierter Geräte zum Versand
Requirements/ Anforderungen
- Technische oder logistische Ausbildung wünschenswert als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Elektromechaniker
- Technisches Verständnis
- Teamfähigkeit
- MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Englisch Kenntnisse wünschenswert
