University Collaboration Manager (m/f/d)

The University Collaboration Manager builds and manages partnerships with universities, research institutes and academic ecosystems. This role bridges industry and academia to accelerate innovation in semiconductor test and measurement, talent development and joint research initiatives. He/she will create mutually beneficial activities that enhance Advantest’s technology leadership, research visibility and access to emerging talent.

Requirements (must):

• Master degree or University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in R&D
• Experience in a system-driven environment (HW + SW)
• Working in an international environment, intercultural understanding
• Self-motivated individual with desire to learn, can-do attitude, self-driven
• Ability to contribute in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Strong German and English communications skills
• Ability to facilitate and understand highly technical discussions with experts and developers
• Technical excellence paired with emotional intelligence
• Team Player and x-functional Networker
• Business understanding

Requirements (want):

• Experience with agile development (i.e. Scrum and SAFe)
• Knowledge of the ATE market and/or in the semiconductor industry
