BBS Automation GmbH is a renowned special machinery manufacturer with a global presence at 16 locations. Together with the brands Kahle, teamtechnik and HEKUMA, BBS Automation belongs to the automation brand 'Production Automation Systems' (PAS) within the Dürr Group and is an elementary component of the new Dürr division 'Industrial Automation Systems'. It specializes in the development and production of innovative automation solutions for a wide range of industries, above all electromobility, medical technology and consumer goods.
The position will be filled at the BBS headquarters in Garching near Munich.
- You will advise and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions across PAS
- You will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform
- As part of our digitization strategy, you will support the national and international companies in the conception and definition of new requirements and finance-related business processes
- To ensure successful project implementation, You will work together with internal and external stakeholders
- You will ensure compliance with the defined processes in the ERP system across the group
- You will carry out requirements analyses and create new solution concepts
- As an expert for the system, you will support end users and carry out training measures
- You will be responsible for maintaining the finance-related master data in Dynamics 365
- The creation of documentation and reports is also part of your area of responsibility
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- You have sound knowledge of financial processes and systems
- At best, you have several years of experience in consulting and implementing Dynamics 365 Finance
- Your personality is characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You are a team player, work independently and have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile. Further language skills are an advantage
- You have a certain willingness to travel
