Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees in the Applications Engineering and Customer Service Administration teams
- For sustainable business success, you will define goals for your teams and pursue them consistently and with and with vigor
- You keep an eye on key figures and deadlines and manage your teams' resources accordingly
- In large and strategically important projects, you provide support as a sub-project manager and operationally in day-to-day business
- You manage and coordinate the preparation of quotations and calculations as well as the planning of and costing as well as the planning of capacity utilization in the division
- Together with the division management and relevant stakeholders, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of processes
