Your responsibilities

Product Management and Planning:

• Assist our Product Division in managing the entire lifecycle of European OBM products.
• Develop short-term and medium- to long-term product line plans and generate innovative concepts.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure projects are executed according to plan, comprehensively advancing product development and market launch.

Project Control and Implementation:

• Responsible for resource allocation, progress control, and risk management during project execution. Comprehensive control of project progress and continuous improvement of project process standards, promoting the launch of innovative products in the European region.
• Tracking the market performance of launched products and user feedback, continuously improving the product.

Market and User Research:

• Responsible for market analysis and user research in Europe, analyzing the local market competition situation from multiple dimensions, leading the implementation of localized user insights and evaluation work.
• Assisting the Product Division side in conducting new product evaluation, competitor analysis, and concept verification work.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree or above
• 5+ years of project management / product management experience in the home appliance industry, ideally experience with kitchen appliances
• Has deep insights into user research, market, and product research
• Ideally experience in key product planning and GTM implementation
• Proactive, goal oriented and self-driven working style
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills
• Proficient German and English language skills

Deine Aufgaben

Produktmanagement und -planung:

• Unterstützen Sie unsere Produktabteilung im Management des gesamten Lebenszyklus europäischer OBM-Produkte.
• Entwicklung und Planung von kurzfristigen, mittel- sowie langfristiger Produktsortimente von Kochgeräten unter Berücksichtigung innovativer Konzepten.
• Sicherstellung einer plangemäßen Abwicklung von Entwicklungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Vorantreiben der Markteinführung.

Projektsteuerung und -implementierung:

• Verantwortlich für die Abstimmung der Ressourcen, die Fortschrittskontrolle und das Risikomanagement während der Projektausführung.
• Umfassende Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Standards für Projektprozesse.
• Förderung der Einführung innovativer Produkte in der europäischen Region. Verfolgung der Marktleistung der eingeführten Produkte und der Nutzer-Rückmeldungen, um das Produkt kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Markt- und Nutzerforschung:

• Verantwortlich für Marktanalyse und Nutzerforschung in Europa, Analyse der lokalen Marktwettbewerbssituation aus mehreren Dimensionen
• Unterstützung der Produktabteilung bei der Bewertung neuer Produkte, in der Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie der Konzeptverifizierung.

Dein Profil

• Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- / Produktmanagement in der Haushaltsgeräteindustrie, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Küchengeräten
• Verfügt über tiefe Einblicke in Nutzerforschung, Markt- und Produktforschung
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktplanung und Implementierung von GTM
• Proaktive, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche, interkulturelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Deutsche und Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
