Your responsibilities

We are seeking an Senior Product Expert for Dryers & Washing Machines to lead the full product lifecycle management in the European market. This role is responsible for product planning, portfolio management, and strategic market positioning, ensuring competitive advantages through consumer insights and market analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing product efficiency, driving innovation, and ensuring successful product launches tailored to local market needs.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and performance optimization, while establishing and enhancing product planning capabilities in Europe.
• Conduct market analysis and consumer insights to manage product portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
• Improve product efficiency, optimize strategic product structures, and ensure on-time launches while being accountable for overall product line scale and profitability.
• Perform regular category performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
• Conduct in-depth industry and competitive analysis, leveraging technical advantages to formulate effective competitive strategies.
• Drive localization efforts for products in the European market, ensuring compliance with third-party evaluation systems and integrating international expertise with local market needs.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6+ years of experience in international marketing or product management, with deep market and product insights (experience in the European market preferred).
• Proven track record in leading key product planning projects and successful new product development.
• Experience in major home appliances is highly preferred.
• Strong market sensitivity, ability to quickly respond to changes, and deep understanding of industry trends and technological advancements to drive product innovation.
• German and English language skills for business communication

Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen Senior Produktexperte für Trockner und Waschmaschinen, der das gesamte Product Lifecycle Management auf dem europäischen Markt leitet. Diese Rolle ist verantwortlich für die Produktplanung, das Portfoliomanagement und die strategische Marktpositionierung, um Wettbewerbsvorteile durch Verbrauchereinblicke und Marktanalysen zu gewährleisten. Der ideale Kandidat spielt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Optimierung der Produkteffizienz, der Förderung von Innovationen und der Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Produkteinführungen, die auf die lokalen Marktbedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.

• Überwachung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, einschließlich Planung, Ausführung und Leistungsoptimierung
• Etablierung und Verbesserung der Produktplanungskapazitäten in Europa.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen zu Produkten und Verbrauchern, um Produktportfolios zu verwalten, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern.
• Verbesserung von Produkteffizienz, Optimierung der Produktstrategie, Sicherstellung der pünktlichen Markteinführungen sowie Verantwortung für die Gesamtgröße und Rentabilität der Produktlinie
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Leistungsanalysen, um verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu identifizieren und umsetzbare Pläne zu entwickeln.
• Führen Sie eingehende Branchen- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und nutzen Sie technische Vorteile, um effektive Wettbewerbsstrategien zu formulieren.
• Treiben Sie die Lokalisierung von Produkten auf dem europäischen Markt voran, stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Bewertungssystemen Dritter sicher und integrieren Sie internationales Know-how in die lokalen Marktanforderungen.

Dein Profil

• Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher
• 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Marketing oder Produktmanagement, mit tiefen Markt- und Produktkenntnissen (Erfahrung auf dem europäischen Markt bevorzugt).
• Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung wichtiger Produktplanungs- und Produktentwicklungsprojekte
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit großen Haushaltsgeräten (Trockner, Waschmaschinen, u.ä.)
• Ausgeprägte Marktsensibilität, die Fähigkeit, schnell auf Veränderungen zu reagieren, und ein tiefes Verständnis für Branchentrends und technologische Fortschritte, um Produktinnovationen voranzutreiben.
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Geschäftskommunikation
