Responsibilities:
Contribute to fine-tuning and developing further the Global Wound Care strategy (product and brand strategy) within the Business Division to reach our ambitious growth targetsContribute to driving the product development pipeline considering customer needs and our brand promise for simplicity and efficacy to build up an innovation imageMonitor continuously market trends and developments, competitor activities to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product rangeProduct Lifecycle Management und Brand Management for the area of responsibility: from idea generation and launch to exit, adhering to HARTMANN processes (e.g. PLM, Labeling).Define the positioning and claims with appropriate level of evidence for the assigned productsSteering and collaboration of projects adherence to HARTMANN standardsConception and initiation of usability studies and clinical observation studies, case studies, clinical studiesSupport of countries for operational topics, launches and training
Qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing or equivalentProfessional experience in marketing, ideally wound care and internationalExperience in leading project management and ideally in the management of international projects High market and customer orientation Intercultural competence, open collaboration, and experience in working in cross-functional (matrix)High interpersonal and communication skills and creative driveEnglish fluent, other languages are of advantage
