Das ist Dein Aufgabengebiet

Im internationalen Projektumfeld ist die gesamte Supply Chain essentiell für den Erfolg unserer Firma. Du holst Angebote ein, vergleichst Preise, führst Verhandlungen und hast unsere Lieferanten sowie alle wichtigen Daten im Blick. Auch internationale Beschaffung, Logistik, Nachhaltigkeit und smarte Einkaufsstrategien gehören zu deinem Job. Kurz gesagt: Du bringst Technik, Projekte und Einkauf clever zusammen!
Daher ergeben sich für Dein Aufgabengebiet folgende Tätigkeitsfelder:

• Operativer, technischer Einkauf von Komponenten und Systemen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Projektteams durch Identifikation projektübergreifender Bedarfe und Nutzung von Synergien im Sinne des Gesamtunternehmens
• Unterstützung der Kundenprojekte durch eine reibungslose Material- und Komponentenbeschaffung - von der Angebotsphase bis zur Auslieferung - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Entwicklung und Vertrieb
• Erfassung und Bewertung von projektspezifischen Anforderungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Beschaffungsstrategien - immer mit Blick auf das Gesamtunternehmen
• Erstellung von Anfragen (Ausschreibungsunterlagen), Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen sowie eigenständige Preisverhandlungen im technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld mit Kleinserien
• Koordination aller kommerziellen, technischen und projektbezogenen Details mit Lieferanten sowie internen Schnittstellen
• Abwicklung von Bestellungen, Verhandlung von Konditionen sowie Pflege und Controlling relevanter Einkaufsdaten
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Identifikation von Beschaffungsrisiken und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung internationaler Beschaffungsprozesse inkl. Logistik- und Zollabwicklung
• Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen und Supply-Chain-Standards

Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit.
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in vertraglichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Beschaffungsprozess.
• Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams und technischen Abteilungen und bist sicher im Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen, wie Stücklisten oder Zeichnungen.
• Du gehst in Verhandlungen souverän und lösungsorientiert vor und findest den richtigen Ton im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Partnern.
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst pragmatisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für nachhaltige Lösungen.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst - auch in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld.
• Der Umgang mit Microsoft Office ist für dich selbstverständlich.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

These are your main tasks

In an international project environment, the entire supply chain is essential to the success of our company. You request quotes, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and keep an eye on all key data. International sourcing, logistics, sustainability, and smart purchasing strategies are also part of your role. In short: you bring technology, projects, and procurement together in a smart and efficient way!
This results in the following areas of responsibility:

• Operational and technical procurement of components and systems in close coordination with our project teams by identifying cross-project needs and leveraging synergies across the company
• Supporting customer projects through smooth material and component procurement - from the proposal phase to final delivery - in close collaboration with project management, engineering, and sales
• Capturing and evaluating project-specific requirements and deriving appropriate procurement strategies - always with the bigger picture in mind
• Preparing requests for quotation (RFQs), conducting offer comparisons, and independently negotiating prices in a technically demanding small-series environment
• Coordinating all commercial, technical, and project-related details with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Managing purchase orders, negotiating terms and conditions, and maintaining and monitoring relevant procurement data
• Supporting the further development of supplier relationships
• Assisting in the identification of procurement risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures
• Supporting international procurement processes, including logistics and customs handling
• Contributing to the implementation of sustainability requirements and supply chain standards

These skills are needed

• you have successfully completed a technical or business-related degree (e.g. industrial engineering) or possess a comparable qualification
• You have a solid technical understanding and ideally experience in technical procurement or a similar field
• You are well-versed in contractual and legal aspects of the procurement process
• You enjoy working closely with project teams and technical departments and are confident handling technical documents such as bills of materials or drawings
• You approach negotiations with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset, and you know how to strike the right tone with suppliers and partners
• You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and have a good sense for sustainable solutions
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner - even in a dynamic project environment
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
• You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
