Your tasks
- You will have technical responsibility for the mechanical design of our complex special machines from project start to final acceptance for one or more projects simultaneously
- You will use your expertise to ensure the progress of the project in terms of budget, schedule and quality, including reporting to the project management
- In addition to providing technical leadership to the assigned employees, you will also provide hands-on support in the day-to-day business
- You will support risk management and risk management, schedule and quality including reporting to project management
- In addition to the technical management of the assigned employees in the project team, you also provide hands-on support in day-to-day business
- You support risk assessments in the context of machine safety and are involved in the creation and maintenance of the specifications
- In order to successfully complete projects, you manage the work of external design partners
- For all relevant interfaces in the company, you are the central contact person for all mechanical matters in the project
Your profile

- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, further training as a technician or a comparable qualification
- In your professional career, you have gained several years of professional experience in mechanical design in (special) mechanical engineering
- You have sound user knowledge in working with CAD and PDM systems (ideally SolidWorkssystems (ideally SolidWorks and CIM database)
- For successful coordination of the team, you have initial experience in technical (partial) project management
- You have strong communication skills coupled with a high level of technical expertise
- You work in a structured manner, have a confident manner and are a team player
- Fluent German and very good English skills round off your profile
